Created by Moore, July 1995, under contract with NCBI. This was constructed by cloning the 1.1 kb HindIII fragment containing URA3 into the HindIII site of pBR322. The 5' - 3' orientation of URA3 is clockwise. [2] A general purpose integrating Saccharomyces cerevisiae/E.coli shuttle vector. [1] Medium is 1227 LB plus ampicillin.
